A small white lighthouse in the port of La Savina, Formentera's only maritime gateway. It is the first lighthouse seen by those arriving by ferry from Ibiza and the last when departing, easily recognised by its picturesque exterior spiral staircase. The most understated of the island's three lighthouses, alongside those of La Mola and Cap de Barbaria, it stands very close to the Estany des Peix. Its interior is off-limits, but the surroundings are easily explored from the port car park. The best time to visit is at sunset, when Ibiza and Es Vedrà are silhouetted against the horizon.
