Es Arenals is one of the busiest stretches of the great Migjorn beach, on the southern coast of Formentera. It stands out for its fine, pale sand, the dunes that surround it and shallow turquoise waters where you can stand for many metres out, which makes it a firm favourite with families. It is among the best-equipped areas of Migjorn: restaurants, beach bars, sunbed rental, kayaks and lifeguards. Access is easy from the road towards La Mola, with free parking. It is worth arriving early; the sunset here is one of the most beautiful in the south.
